Your role in the team

As one of the more experienced members of the team, you will provide leadership, direction and mentoring to apprentices and younger colleagues, solve onsite challenges, and deliver standout results for our residential clients.

Ideally you will have machinery experience to complement your hardscaping expertise such as:

  • Excavator

  • Dingo

  • Bobcat

Experience and knowledge of Irrigation Installation would be highly regarded.

What you bring

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Leadership skills with an ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues and subcontractors

  • Ability to read, follow and interpret plans and specifications

  • A high level of attention to detail

  • Confident planning of sites and management of teams

  • A valid Drivers License

  • Physical fitness and willingness to work within our health and safety guidelines

  • Alignment to our company values as stated above

Skills in installation of:

  • Retaining walls: Sandstone, Besser Block, Timber

  • Paving

  • Pergola

  • Timber Decking

  • Soft Scaping

  • Drainage / Irrigation
