Our fearless leader and a skilled landscape director with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Licensed contractor and qualified Structural Landscaper and Horticulturist.

The money and admin guru, Sue keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so we can deliver epic results. Sue also has vast Garden knowledge of 12 years on the tools hands on experience and running maintenance teams and installing and servicing irrigation, pumps and pond filtration.

David has become an integral part of the Integrity B team, bringing with him over a decade of experience in Structural Landscaping. Since joining the company, he has consistently demonstrated a high level of skill, professionalism, and dedication. With his extensive industry knowledge and strong leadership abilities, David has taken on the vital role of Project Supervisor—overseeing job sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard. His calm approach under pressure, combined with a commitment to quality and efficiency, continues to make him a trusted and respected figure within the team and among our clients.

Michael began honing his landscaping skills at the age of 13, and since completing his studies in Structural Landscaping, he has grown into a highly skilled and respected professional. Now serving as one of our Supervisors at IntegrityB, Michael plays a key role in managing teams, overseeing complex projects, and ensuring that our high standards of workmanship are consistently met. His hands-on experience, leadership qualities, and commitment to excellence have made him a cornerstone of the company. From his early days on-site to his current leadership role, Michael’s journey has been marked by continual growth—proving that with passion and dedication, the sky is truly the limit.

Bennie has joined our team after working in corporate environments, choosing to strengthen his landscaping knowledge. He is a motivated and reliable Landscape Installer with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude on site. Known for being a dependable team player, willing to learn, take direction, and support others to get the job done efficiently. Bennie is hardworking and hands-on, with a commitment to developing skills in landscape construction, site preparation, and general installation works while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Den has joined our team bringing over 20 years of experience in the landscape Industry, with expertise in landscape design, construction and horticulture. He has slotted in as a highly skilled Senior Leading Hand with strong experience supervising teams, coordinating site operations, and delivering high-quality landscape construction projects. Experienced in retaining walls, paving, concreting, drainage, stonework, decking, and hardscape installations, with a strong focus on safety, workmanship, and meeting project deadlines. Den leads by example , supporting apprentices and labourers, maintaining WH&S standards, and working closely with project managers, clients, and trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
