Project:

Landscaped Garden

Our long standing clients in Pymble contacted us to reconstruct the bottom area of their property that consisted of old timber retaining walls that were rotting and falling over.

The garden beds and pathways had become overgrown. The area backs onto Blackbutt Creek and they wanted the area to be revived and accessible with new timber retaining walls and the pathways.

Our team got stuck in with the clearing of garden beds, construction of new retaining walls with correct drainage to prevent the area subsiding. The pathways were given new life with edging and decomposed granite and the 3-tiered areas were connected with timber stairs.

Turf was laid after levelling a majority of the area and the stunning trees were
given the eye catching status they deserved by using Corten Steel Edging to highlight them and also make mowing of the area easier while protecting the trees.

The result is breathtaking. It has connected the area to the stunning Blackbutt Creek and it feels like you are walking through a native park area.
